Siobhan Marsh
Siobhan is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to resolving process discrepancies. As Founder and CEO of EliteVantage Group, a regional general contracting company, she has led and managed teams as a Senior Project and Program Manager for the past 12 years, supporting leadership by reconciling operational discrepancies to maximize productivity.
Her methodical approach to problem-solving and ability to think critically and reach resolutions quickly has resulted in reduced production delays and increased profitability. Siobhan leveraged her meticulous attention to detail and strategic planning acumen to build a career spanning construction project management, utility programs, and federal government contracts — bringing a disciplined, client-focused perspective to every project EVG takes on.

Shenel is a Licensed General Contractor (MHIC #159983) with over 20 years of experience spanning project management, federal contract administration, and telecommunications infrastructure.
As Co-Owner of EliteVantage Group, she oversees operations, field execution, and client delivery, bringing a rare combination of construction licensing and real estate expertise to every project. Her background ensures that EVG clients receive not only quality renovation work, but a contractor who understands the full value of their property and investment.
